Liqueur Shiraz
The vine dried grapes used to produce this fine liqueur were hand picked by John Kosovich¢s mother, Ane, in April 1983. With a ripeness level of 19 baume“, the small parcel of fruit was perfect for the creation of a distinctive and unique liqueur. The wine remained carefully stored for 17 years in 2 oak casks, and the quality of this wine encouraged John to release it as a single vintage liqueur rather than blending it with wines of other vintages. In the year 2000 this precious wine was bottled in a limited release of 1000 individually numbered bottles.

Liqueur Verdelho
The vine ripened grapes used to produce this fine liqueur were hand picked at a ripeness level of 20 baumeÓ. Selected vintages from 1982 to 1997 have been carefully blended to create a fortified wine with a luscious palate, layers of flavours and overall excellent balance.
