2007 Shiraz
Vintaged from fruit grown on our Pemberton vineyard, this vintage produced excellent quality fruit from our unirrigated vines. Produced in 2 batches, it was left on skins for 4 days in open fermenters and then matured in French oak for 12 months. This wine has spicy vanilla and peppery aromas with a lovely ripe berry flavour complimented by soft tannins and a sweet alcohol backbone. Subtle oak characters also influence the wine.

2008 Cabernet Sauvignon
Surprisingly refined for a wine made from 100% Swan Valley fruit.
The bouquet of this wine shows a lovely combination of varietal minty fruit, chocolate tones and clean French oak. The rich berry fruit on the middle palate is balanced by soft velvet -like tannins leading to a long dry finish. A wine for today but 5 - 10 years careful cellaring will enhance this wine further.

2008 Pinot Nior
An outstanding example of this iconic variety, the fruit is grown at our Pemberton vineyard in the cool south west of the state. We deliberately maintain a very low crop level in the vineyard to ensure the best possible fruit is hand picked to make this wine. Rich berry fruit and a hint of chocolate on the palate, couple with soft fine tannin ensure that the wine exemplified all that is Pinot. A wonderful wine today and will reward with 5 to 7 years cellaring.

2008 Family Reserve Cabernet Malbec
Hand crafted from Cabernet Sauvugnon (80%) and Malbec (20%) grapes grown on our Pemberton vineyard. This classic blend has been skillfully put together to produce a refined yet powerful full bodied wine that is typically Kosovich in style, fruit driven with lovely soft tannins. Limited quantity that will be much sought after.
